mixed feelings ABOUT THE STAY
thin walls inconsistent temperature
I was really disappointed with the room I got. The walls felt THIN. I could hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. This made it difficult to sleep at times. the water temperature in the shower was not consistent. It fluctuated a lot from hot to cold. It was annoying.

rooftop breakfast city view central location
my room was the senior superior twin room. the breakfast on the rooftop was AMAZING!!! it included lots of choices and a great city view. the location was convenient, close to major attractions.
the gym didn't have air conditioning.

the hotel is right across from the markets, a detail i found very convenient. many restaurants and coffee shops are also nearby, so finding a quick bite was never difficult. the area had a lively atmosphere.

central location city view
the location was very central. taka market is nearby. ben thanh market was at walking distance. a vegetarian restaurant was also very close. my wife felt unwell one night, but a pharmacy was open nearby. breakfast is served on the top floor with great city views.
i tried to take a friend to my room. i was told that the hotel did not allow that activity unless i paid a fee. this reminded me of a simple money grab.

the rooftop cafe offered a nice space. its strategic location was also acceptable.
the air conditioning in my room was not effective. i couldn't leave it on when i was out, and the room became very hot each time i returned. this.

great variety helpful staff easy walk
The breakfast had great variety, the staff was always helpful! The hotel's location made it easy to walk to many attractions, especially markets. the staff let me keep my bags there after checkout, I really appreciate that.

There is a gym available , providing opportunities for exercise. I found a skybar. It is favorably located across from a park and an underground center. I loved the noon check-out time allowing plenty of time to rest after breakfast.

i found the location convenient and near walking street. my room included a table and chair by the window, which i appreciated. the rooftop restaurant features great views and a good selection. i was pleased the hotel restaurant now operates fully for both lunch and dinner.
the air conditioning in my room was difficult to control, made maintaining a consistent temperature challenging.

great spot with amazing amenities
central location open pharmacy clean toilets
i really liked the location because it's central. taka market, a popular spot, was super close, just a couple minutes away. ben thanh market was easy to walk to as well. i also found a great gujarat restaurant nearby, and a pharmacy that's open all the time was only 2-3 minutes away. it was very convenient.
i noticed the air conditioning wasn't able to stay on when we left the room. coming back, it was really hot since it cuts back on costs. it would not give us a second key.
